These people did not take my 5 year olds celiac seriously! She at a bun with ham and she literally started barfing an hour later, extreme pain in her belly, screaming etc! I complained but really? How can u not get mad when u know all your work basically just went down the drain! My poor baby, so unfair!

This hotel is amazing for people with a gluten allergy/celiac! We did the all inclusive package and there were plenty of gluten free options. The waiter asked about any food allergies before every meal and provided a gluten free roll with every meal as well. I felt very confident at every meal.
