Stayed the night at this hotel while visiting Machu Picchu - restaurant beautiful - Definitely not dedicated gluten free but still very accommodating & I had a great experience- I keep it very simple when I’m aboard because I’m terrified to get sick.. just had grilled chicken and rice but the wait staff went above and beyond to make sure kitchen was safe for me - husband (non GF) loved his meal - def check out bar great cocktails 🍹

They gave me gluten free options. Very friendly staff .
