El Mezon - Mexican Restaurant

This used to be my go to for Mexican but after calling ahead earlier in the year they said the chips aren’t in a dedicated fryer & now I don’t know what the heck to believe.

So bummed.

The Hawaiian fajitas are my go to. They always bring corn tortillas for me and are very careful. I’ve never gotten sick, and I’m a sensitive celiac. The chips come from a dedicated frier as well.

We eat here all the time with my celiac daughter. She has never gotten sick and is pretty sensitive!!!

No gluten free menu. I'm not sure what the other reviews saw or got. The waitress seemed very confus ed. We paid for our sodas and left.

Got the steak street tacos and some chips and queso. Never got sick. Restaurant has an A health rating by local health dept. Delicious and fresh! They also have a drive thru!!!

Corn chips made on site dedicated fryer...salsa , queso dip, corn soft shell street tacos.
