I had the birria tacos, and the guacamole with corn tortilla appetizer. I don’t believe they have gluten free dedicated fryers so I personally cannot speak to overall Saftey regarding cross contamination, but it’s been 24 hours and I feel good. Almost everything is gluten free with the exception of items including flour tortilla (I called ahead to confirm). The food is delicious! We’ve been here a few times.
