Review of El Nahual Tacos

Owner is under the impression that heat suddenly makes things gluten free. Not celiac safe. Lied and told me that everything on the menu was gluten free, when I asked about the burritos they said that the temperature of the grill eliminated any gluten residue. I did not eat there, as I am celiac and it clearly wasn’t safe, but just want to warn others as they will give you false information.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?
