El Nopalito

El Nopalito is local family operated food truck in the Whiteaker neighborhood. The owners are on hand preparing every meal to order. They are extremely conscientious and knowledgable. Currently they have two items on the menu that are not GF, the sandwich bun and the beer battered fish in the fish taco. Everything else is gluten free. 90% of the menu is based on handmade corn Tortillas / Gorditas / Sopes etc. They are preparing everything from scratch so they can tell you what everything is made from. Also, the food is absolutely fantastic! They specialize in "Mexico City Street Food" which is part of the reason for the emphasis on corn masa products (they do not use flour tortillas at all).
