El Original Cafe

Sayulita is a huge let down when it comes to gluten free options. Quite mind-blowing considering the hippy/healthy vibe that's associated with it. I was surprised however to find the GF blue corn waffle and pancakes at this establishment. I thought I was out of luck with that yah yah sayulita place discontinuing their gf options...I went with the waffle and was not disappointed. Decent coffee menu, definitely worth the visit if you're looking for a gf breakfast besides the traditional eggs and bacon.
