This food truck is amazing! They have lots of traditional Puerto Rican dishes, most of which are GF. The owner’s son-in-law is a chef at a local hotel so they understand what gluten is and are good about cross-contamination if told to do so. Apparently the 2 fryers are for 1) tostones and 2) fish, both are GF anyway. They also have a great side of veggies they pan-fry so that’s safe as well. The mufungo and rice dishes seem safe, as well as fruit juices, smoothies, and GF flan. The family is super nice and the daughter can speak English and Spanish. Beautiful view with picnic tables by the river, near the entrance to El Yunque rainforest.
