Spark is a lovely place to eat out with lots of choice of little street food vendors.

I can't vouch for all vendors but EL RAYO VEGAN CANTINA is absolutely fab!!

Their naked burtito bowls are GF & just delicious (3 flavour choices - I had mushroom & cashew and it was lush) and ALL sides are GF too. My whole family (non GF other than me & who ate from other vendors [greek & Columbian]) agreed that the best dish tried was my GF Dill fries!!

Honestly, I'll be travelling those few hundred miles for those fries again!

Really lovely place & defo worth a try.
