Yesterday I rolled the dice and ordered a 3 chicken tacos (corn tortillas) entree and a side of refried beans from the drive thru (without disclosing my GF status). Yummy food but my stomach hurt later and I've had some pretty strong anxiety palpations that kept me tossing and turning last night
