I believe I was glutened from a pollo taco since it looked like it had a flour-containing seasoning, although I also had a carnitas taco and wouldn’t rule out cross-contamination from grilling the corn tortillas either. Would recommend the same amount of caution and risk assessment all authentic taco places should be given. Great tacos but sadly high reward comes with high risk in this case.
