Review of El Siboney Restaurant

The one bite of steak I had was delicious but it definitely had some sort of gluten on it. I was immediately sick. They seemed really knowledgeable and aware of cross contamination and how to do it safely. Unfortunately, someone messed up somewhere. It hit me pretty hard and fast so I don’t think it was just cross contamination. My guess would be the steak was floured by mistake or they used soy sauce in the marinade.
