I eat here frequently and am allergic to gluten and dairy. If concerned about a spice, the chef SHOWS me the spices. I also have had margaritas with no mixer, simply squeezed limes and a splash of OJ, as I cannot tolerate excitotoxins-artificial colorings, flavorings, preservatives, fillers. They are ALL very careful in preparing food for me, although it is not a dedicated kitchen. The chicken tortilla soup is phenomenal, leave off the tortilla strips as they are from flour tortillas. Almost all sauces are gf! Unless you require a dedicated kitchen, you should be able to safely eat here, as the food is prepared from scratch and everyone working there is knowledgeable- it’s one big family, actually! Enjoy!
