Great food, beautiful place, poor understanding of gluten.
I had the Carnitas de Pollo, large portions and great taste. I am Celiac and did not have a reaction.
That said, this place does not give a feeling of safety for a Celiac. Server and manager knew very little about gluten. Manager did say that none of their food is 100% gluten free.
Fryer seems to be contaminated, so chips are out.
Menu has GF labels, but that seems untrue. Really they should say “No gluten ingredients”
This place could be wonderful if they would train their staff about GF.

Gluten free items are clearly marked on the menu. Waitstaff was knowledgeable about gluten-free items. Wide variety of things to choose from. Food was really good and satisfying as well

The Carne Asada dish is safe, with the corn tortilla option. I've never had a problem with the tortilla chips and salsa either.
