Great experience! We spoke with the manager - brother of owner- and told him of food needs and having Celiac. They were VERY understanding and helped us navigate the menu. We got steak quesadillas and rice and didn’t get sick. 🤢 Look forward to returning!

I went to El Tejano with colleagues and was the only person with dietary issues. They were not super clear about GF options, but we figured it out - I hate to say the gold standard was I didn't get sick, but I didn't! I took my own chips so I could have guac! and had some pretty good tacos.

Their menu says to let server know if you have a food allergy. I told her and she was able to let me know what I could order. I ordered chicken verde enchiladas with black beans and rice and it was delicious!! I have been 3 times and have never gotten sick.
