Some of the best and most authentic-tasting Mexican food I’ve ever had! There aren’t many gf options, but the ones that exist are fantastic. Also, if you tell the cashier you’re worried about gluten, they will punch a “celiac allergy” button that adds a note to your ticket. (Not sure what the kitchen does with this info, but it felt reassuring.) Only downside is that this location is inside a brewery and has incredibly cheap plastic cutlery that makes it hard to cut your food. It’s probably a better experience at the other El Tesoro location.
