I told the server I had a gluten and dairy allergy. She seemed confused when I asked if the masa tortillas were gluten free, which they are. We ordered the guac with plantain chips, but it came out with regular tortilla chips- when I asked why, the food runner said it was because they were gluten free. I’m happy they made the substitution, but our server never said that was a change. Requested one taco to be made without the sauce, even double checked with her that she noted No Sauce, and of course it came out with sauce on it. Then the refried garbanzo beans (which were delciicous) came out with cojita cheese on top.
