If you are very allergic, be careful. All types of tortillas are fried in the same grease as the French fries, so that could be cross contamination. Most things are made separately, but flour & corn tortillas are fried on the same grill, sometimes at the same time. If you are very allergic, this could lead to being sick. There are options however, and the staff can make sure the grill is cleaned before cooking your food to avoid cross contamination. However, I’d say the only definite safe food would be tacos w/ corn tortillas.
