Outstanding! The menu is marked and they use corn meal for almost everything. The only thing is that they fry the very occasional chimichanga with a flour tortilla. I learned this after I ate the chips (and lots of them) and a fried empanada (the best I've ever had). I am a very sensitive celiac and had no reaction and felt fine. Otherwise, all other meals were celiac friendly. I really cannot wait to go back
