Food was super good! Ate the salmon taco —- corn tortillas and tortilla chips are also corn. We’re able to answer all questions about the allergy and accommodated accordingly. My family and I loved the vibe too

My wife was able to safely eat a bunch of their tacos (al pastor and steak specifically), chips, sauces, etc. They aren’t knowledgeable about gluten but everything can be done on soft corn tortillas. Fish tacos were fried so probably not those.
