Were very good in saying they could not 100% guarantee gluten free, but would try their best. All pasta could be done gluten free and risotto. The meat couldn’t be guaranteed gluten free as it is all cooked on the same grill. I had the pan fried salmon which they cooked in a separate pan for me. I also had one of the meze’s to start and they provided gluten free bread with this. They were very knowledgeable on coeliac and gluten free.
