There is a gluten-free option for the burger (the vegan one, but the waitress told me you could add a steak to it). I wasn't hungry enough for a burger so I just had the chips. I don't really have an idea about the safety aspect.

Gluten free buns are available but the kitchen said they cannot guarantee that the food will be free from gluten because of shared prep surfaces and appliances and did not offer to clean areas or change gloves in order to lower risk.

All burgers can be made gluten free and vegan. I am not sure about cross-contact. The hard working ladies were super friendly. I had the Elda burger. The taste was very nice, only the gluten free bun was a little dry. I was happy to find something on the airport that I could eat.
