Review of Elegant Elephant Baking Co.

I’ve had their pastries and desserts at local farmers markets and their food truck. You can absolutely trust them to be dedicated GF, and the food tastes good. My only reservation is that the texture is often very dense and heavy and can be fairly dry (except for the macarons which are perfectly light and delightful).
