Review of Elegant Elephant Baking Co.

This is my go to place for coffee with friends, or to pick up a treat for myself that compliments what will be served at a family event I may be attending. I am so very appreciative that Eugene has a delicious GF bakery that I can turn to. It's so nice to feel included in a world not designed for me.

The owner has celiac disease so they do not have any gluten on the premises. Lovely local joint run by a lovely local family.
