Review of Elegant Elephant Baking Co.

This small DEDICATED GF bakery has an amazing variety of GF baked goods from sourdough baguettes to donuts. I bought some rolls, a sourdough baguette, and some goodies. All were very good. The brownie was almost as good as my homemade ones, and that's saying something since I've been doing this for 25 years. This is exclusively takeout as you order through a half door and don't ever enter the facility. Definitely a bit expensive, thus one less rating star, but worth it.
