Review of Elegant Elephant Baking Co.

I've been here a few times now and it's consistently good. It's good quality gluten free baked goods, and they have an amazing selection of vegan options. Their menu is very clearly labeled so you know what is vegan, dairy free, soy free, etc. As someone who's celiac but also vegan it's nearly impossible for me to feel safe dining out these days. I appreciate that they have options for everyone. The have bagels, the plain ones are vegan, yet they don't have a vegan option for a spread but I just bring my own avocado.
