Review of Elegant Elephant Baking Co.

I was super excited to find a dedicated GF bakery and love trying different ones when I travel. Unfortunately, my experience was a bit disappointing. I was excited and ordered a chocolate croissant and a ham and cheese one as well. The ham and cheese had part of it cut off and the chocolate croissant had like a chocolate brownie in the middle and not actual chocolate. Needless to say everything I got was not flaky but pretty buttery and hard.
