The experience was amazing. I called ahead to ask if the restaurant would accommodate someone with a gluten allergy, and they did. It turns out that the chef has a gluten allergy as well, and the food was prepared safely without any hesitation from any of the staff.
We did the fixed menu and they adjusted it accordingly, and it was delicious. We sat at the chefs table and were actually able to see them prepare the dishes separately.
