Review of Elements On Level One

Visited this restaurant after seeing it on this app, I live near by and have been searching for gluten free options around Herndon. Elements is located in the hotel lobby at the Hyatt near Dulles Airport, I was slightly confused at first so I thought that was important to note here. I was presently surprised to see that the majority of their menu was gluten free. I started off with the beet carpaccio which was amazing! I enjoyed the spicy shrimp scampi for dinner and my boyfriend ordered the lamb loin. Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. The staff was friendly as well. Will defiantly be going back in the future!!
