Elements Urban Tapas Parlour

Had a few things labelled gluten free on the menu but the staff were great at answering questions. They offered to make my corn fritters in a separate pan instead of on the flattop to reduce cross contamination and worked with another member of my party to make her a garlic and onion free meal! Neither of us got sick and it was the best meal we had in Whistler!
