Dedicated GF fryer, but they don’t take any lengths to prevent cross-contamination on the grill. Staff was a tiny bit rude when I asked if there was anything they could do to minimize cross-contamination if I ordered a burger (they have GF buns and the black bean burger is gluten-free). Ended up not eating here because of that strange/rude interaction (and because I wouldn’t be able to have a burger), so just something to be aware of. Would be totally fine for people without celiac, though.
