Run by an amazing duo, this is a gem in Puerto Escondido! All meals are made to order, from scratch. They are very accommodating for Celiac's. They have great omelettes and smoothie bowls. Impeccable service and magical outdoor seating. Bagels are listed as GF, but are "low gluten", a fairly common practice here!
