I had an amazing salad bowl, full of contrasting yet complementary flavours. Great value. It wasn't busy and service was quick and friendly.

Encouraged by the excellent reviews here I went there for lunch, but I reckon I was unlucky. Not only did I have to wait well over half an hour, I also had the most disgusting meal of my life… I ordered a gf wap, yes, it was a risky choice (a gf waffle, poached egg, halloumi, mushrooms, pear(!!!), pink sauce) but I honestly could not eat that! Not sure why it is on the menu!

Great food and excellent staff. Asked if they did gluten free bread, which they did and could easily substitute, however the menu also included gluten free waffles and pancakes as well as savoury options. I had the ‘hot mess’, but they happily substituted the fried eggs for scrambled and the bread for GF. I would definitely eat here again if visiting in the future.

I can’t rave about the Elephant Shoe enough. The breakfast and lunch menu are great for people who are lactose, gluten intolerant. It has a real different style menu. It also has food for vegans, vegetarian or meat lovers. The staff are really friendly. :)

Great spot with fantastic staff who were very accommodating. My partner is gf and was thrilled with the selection and the effort staff went to. Food was delicious and we went back a few times we enjoyed it that much.
