Very disappointed. They had a decent range of gluten free available and I never reacted. They have since changed their menu to low gluten and the reason why is because they use one fryer. I’m sure when I originally asked they had a dedicated fryer. Took me to have a reaction to the calamari (which I love!!!) to notice the menu change :(

The owner of elevation has family members with coeliac so his knowledge of the foods required and the range offered is second to none. Hands down would always recommend elevations
This restaurant was a real find in beautiful Emerald in the Dandenongs. Most of their menu is gf or can be made so, and they have several dessert options too. The arancini balls were so crispy and delicious and served with the most amazing mustard dipping sauce, I had to double check they were gf! The woodfire is cosy and it would be a great space for a function or special celebration. The owner is very well versed with dietary requirements and cross contamination as he has family members with food allergies. I felt very safe eating here and would visit again.
