Ate there a couple of weeks ago for the first time. The good was very good but apparently some of the employees are not well educated on gluten. Since it was my first time to eat there I told the man at the register who took our order that I needed to know the gluten free options. he said everything except the pita bread and the chicken schnitzel was gluten free. I ordered the schwarma. It can with a side. I can't remember what the other choice was, but, ehen asked, I tild him whichever side was gluten free. I ended up with couscous as my side. I should have checked before eating, but didn't and I didn't know what couscous is made from, so I ate it. Later I looked it up snd found it is made from semolina wheat flour. Luckily, I am not celiac, just sensitive to gluten. I had a few cramps, bloating, and the runs. It could have been much worse. if you are going to advertise being gluten free, you need to educate your employees so you won't make someone very ill. The food otherwise was gluten free and very good. I will go back but will be more informed and careful.
