Staff was not at all knowledgable about Celiac Disease. The server was very rude and dismissive. I have actually never experienced such disrespectful service. I did not feel safe at all eating here. The server was polite to the rest of my family and only rude to myself and my daughter who asked questions about her allergens. The meal that they brought out to me was grilled salmon with steamed veggies. I asked if the rice that I expected to receive contained gluten. The server replied "Well, *you're* the one that said you couldn't have it or whatever." Obviously they have no idea of the needs of a person with Celiac Disease. The manager was very polite when I spoke to him, but also didn't seem at all knowledgable.
