Review of Ella's Wood Fired Kitchen

610 9th St NW, Washington, DC 20004

Review

I feel pretty confident that there was little to no cross contamination. They use a separate oven and kitchen space to make the gluten free pizza, I would just specify you have celiac disease/can have no gluten cc to ensure they use that space. Although it was celiac safe, the gluten free pizza did not taste good at all. The dough wasn’t properly cooked and tasted bad.
