Review of Ella's Wood Fired Kitchen

Located in the heart of Washington, DC's Gallery Place/Chinatown neighborhood, Ella's Wood Fired Pizza is the perfect spot to hang out after a basketball game, hockey match or a concert at the Verizon Center. The Neopolitaninspired menu features a variety of wood fired pizzas, all of which can be made using a glutenfree crust. Try out the Wild Mushroom or the Sausage Pizza. Oh, so good...All of the salads can be prepared gluten-free by simply omitting the croutons. My personal favorite is the Orange & Beet Salad which features an orange-balsamic vinaigrette, arugula & crumbled goat cheese.
