Ended up not being able to eat here. They do offer cauliflower crust but there's no knowledge of Celiacs or gluten sensitivity nor any attempt to prevent cross contamination. All pizzas are cooked on the same metal trays and then placed directly into the pizza oven on the same surface as regular pizzas. Don't recommend for people with Celiacs or sensitive to cross contamination.
