I called in advance and asked about GF protocols - the answers were encouraging but also honest - "we do the best we can but can't guarantee that there is absolutely no gluten".
Our server was knowledgeable about GF issues and marked the order "celiac". I ordered a (delicious) omelette, hash browns and gluten free toast. When I asked if there was a dedicated toaster, the server advised that there was not but that the bread woukd be "baked" and so the toaster would not be used. After the order was placed, the chef canme out to our table and explained his process for cooking hashbrowns and that he coud not absolutely guarantee no gluten - he offered a salad or side of vegetables instead which I accepted. The menu is quite extensive with lots of classic diner-type dishes - burgers, sandwiches, and so on. I felt the staff knew how to handle celiac issues and I will return in the future.

Had a delicious fresh turkey club sandwich and crouton-less side cesar salad for lunch, with plenty of different options to choose from!!! The GF sandwich bread was great, cesar was safe without croutons and other options like the burger bun were just alright - I’d suggest lettuce wrapping instead ◡̈ It was great to be able to visit my favourite island and leave with a full belly!!! <3

Lots of gluten free options to modify their menu: bread, buns, and pizza crust. Gluten free desserts available on their menu and they have a selection of fish you can get grilled without batter. Great food and service, also well priced. Would recommend reservations.
