Review of Elmar Number One

On our last day in Bolzano, Italy, I was pleasantly surprised to find GF streetfood. We had just seen Ötzi at the South Tyrol Museum of Archaeology and came upon Elmar Number One's cart with this prominent sign, and followed orders to, "just ask for it!". When I told him I was Celiac, he promptly offered me a sausage and Schar GF bread. The mustard was GF as well! It was so fun to finally be able to enjoy some streetfood alongside my gluten-eating family. Afterwards, we stopped at Walthers for some delicious GF gelato.
