I visited on a Sunday and all of the roasts can be made gluten free (no gf Yorkshires sadly but I had plenty of veg to make up for it). Everything was prepared separately including the roast potatoes and the staff had good knowledge of how to avoid cross contamination. My roast pork belly was delicious. I didn't have dessert so I can't comment on that apart from that there didn't seem to be a good enough gf option to tempt me (affogato or ice cream from memory).

Chefs and staff very knowledgeable about coeliac and were able to offer alternatives to any gluten products on the roast dinner Able to prepare the meal away from gluten products to avoid cross-contamination and took a lot of attention to make sure all was okay

One of the best Sunday dinners in Manchester and have been a regular here prior to being gluten free so felt very much at ease

Roasts are specifically done on a Sunday with a more tapas / chef style meals in the week All items clearly marked on the menu if containing gluten, not much option currently but seems to be something their working on :)
