Very friendly and understanding of GF. They have a binder that the servers can reference to see every ingredient that goes into each dish on their menu. We asked for the fish of the day (red snapper). It was originally served with orzo (not GF) so they split it for us in the kitchen and plated it separately - mine came with a delicate mushroom and tiny broccoli mix and his with the orzo. We both were delighted! First time we were there, I got their pork chop and it was huge! Took half of it home with me, it was so good!! NO TUMMY ISSUES either time!! Yay!!
