Review of Elsie's Wine and Champagne Bar

I went here just because I was curious about a drink being served at an outside table. It is a wine & champagne bar, but also make other mixed drinks and espresso based drinks. Not a lot of food options, but the server was very knowledgeable and I got a cheese plate that they served with glute free bread. The bread comes frozen and they safely reheat it, so it comes out warm. Maybe don't plan this to be a place for a full meal, but a great stop for a drunk & snack.
