Small shop with a nice selection. Had a delicious slice of spinach-goat cheese quiche and a cinnamon roll. I wouldn’t have believed it was gf if I didn’t bought it myself 👏🏼

Everything is GF and lactose-free! Great taste - the best gluten free cinnamon roll I’ve ever had. It’s a small shop but has a great selection of sweet pastries, small sandwiches, savory goods, vegan ice creams, and coffees. Packaged goods include mini almond cookies and a few types of granola! Highly recommend. A bit pricey, but probably standard prices for Lausanne. Payed about 25 cf for a slice of mango passion fruit cheesecake, citrus meringue tart, creme brûlée vanilla tonka, and a big cinnamon roll
