Menu is well marked with many gluten free and vegetarian options. I did not question the staff reference dedicated cooking areas, fryers etc. many of the marked GF items include non-GF pitas so I’d question their knowledge of cross contamination. When these items are served (i.e. kabobs) they serve them laying on the pita so cross contamination is an issue. So if you are celiac or sensitive to cross contamination you would want to talk to the chef. It’s kind of a tapas style serving so X number of dishes are ordered and shared by the table. The food is delicious, but do your research for you and yours.
