Was able to safely eat a made-to-order omelet Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The chefs at the omelet station did not know what gluten was and did not seem knowledgeable about allergy protocols in general, but there were only veggies, meats, and eggs in the area. I did not get sick. However, Friday and Saturday they were also making pancakes in the same area and it was a cross contact nightmare. The chef wiped doen the pancake grill, then proceeded to wipe the omlet pans. 😟 There were apples and oranges, but no other safe GF options available from the buffet due to high risk of CC. Each room has a mini refrigerator and microwave and there is a grocery store (Smart & Final) with GF options across the street.
