The waitress was not helpful and not knowledgable. I also have a soy allergy. She thought gluten contained soy and when I corrected her she got an attitude. She finally asked "well what do you want and we'll make it" but her tone was condescending. I finally said just bring me some chicken and green salad and had to tell her reportedly no dressing. It was ok but not the dining experience I had anticipated.
Have always heard Emeril’s daughter had celiac but if that’s true it’s not reflected in the menu or service at the restaurant. I won’t eat here again. Servers were not knowledgeable about safe options and even when I asked for them to check with the chef they didn’t. I ended up not eating.
— Not at all
— No gluten-free information on the menu

Okay amount of options. Waiter didn’t know couscous is a no. Salmon, fillet, bbq shrimp were the options, and the fillet was $50. The salmon was very good, as were the olives and the ice cream.
— No gluten-free information on the menu

— Excellent
I felt like I was in very good hands, many gluten free options and good communication. They said they could do almost anything from their dinner menu as long as it wasn’t a gluten centered dish. They had two choices for dessert.
Yes
Excellent knowledgeable server. Chefs will make any dish GF. They just modify any gluten-containing elements or eliminate things. A lot of dishes were completely GF. GF desserts. So good!!!
Yes
I thought this place went above and beyond for me as celiac in a way I haven’t really experienced before. They seemed to inform every staff member of the floor of my allergy and made me feel very comfortable. I had the bbq shrimp and the wagyu beef and it was amazing!!! Would definitely go back

Gf menu is online. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about gluten containing entrees. Plenty of gf options, and it was delicious! I didn’t attempt fries, since I normally don’t trust fried food out.
Yes
Waiter said there were only two gf options on the menu, they were also the most expensive on the menu. When I asked about the salads, he mentioned those were also gf after all. The salad was tiny and nothing special.
Only option was a chicken salad... one dessert, which was good, but the salad was disappointing.
No gluten free menu - when I asked, the server said the only option was a salad...not sure how this has gotten such high ratings.
No
good food, definitely expensive. the waiter was very vague with what was gf on the menu, and said they could just make adjustments. I went to order muscles, but then was told they couldn't adjust that because they were cooked with beer. I got shrimp and it was good.
The wait staff was outstanding. They may have brought bread to my table but it wasn't out of insensitivity, it was the automatic nature of providing 99% of the clientele with bread.
They take gluten allergies seriously and my waiter was knowledgeable. That said, I wasn't entirely happy. There is no GF menu or markings on the menu. When we got to ordering entrees, I asked if one of the fish dishes was safe. He said something like, "yes, you can do that." But when the fish arrived, it was modified pretty substantially from the menu description and amounted to little more than a basic grilled fish. I appreciate them taking my allergy seriously, but I would have definitely ordered something else had I known they were going to modify the dish so much. This is where a GF menu or allergen list would have really helped so I could make a better decision.
Very good food, exceptional service but very expensive. Waiter was knowledgeable and helpful.

The server was very helpful and knowledgeable. The options were a little limited but the food was outstanding.
Yes
The waiter was very helpful. The menu isnt labeled, but he knew what was safe and what could be modified. Food was delicious!
The only reason for earning 4 stars is because the process for making a selection is not very pleasant. Once I endured to extremely time consuming process of learning what is safe to order, the food was very good. If this grueling process was truly necessary, it would be understandable, but truth is, it could be easier and much less cumbersome.
Yes
Absolutely understanding gluten-free.
Excellent food and very sensitive to celiac
Yes
Food was good but staff was not that knowledgeable about celiac disease. Being a national food chain I was disappointed.
This is a phenomenal restaurant with a complete understanding of allergies (gluten and other) and is very knowledgable. The staff could think through the recipes of each item and tell you what they can do to accommodate to your allergies. The food is fantastic and I felt very safe eating here and would recommend it to anyone in the area.
Yes
Dinner was absolutely delicious and the staff had a complete understanding of gluten free and was able to quickly tell me the options, which were numerous! I started with the eggplant soup, then the herb crusted salmon and finished with a cappuccino and peanut butter pie!!! Super yum and I highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable, most things are gluten free or can be made that way. Service is great and food is fantastic. A perfect place for a special occasion.

Chris and Trae were very knowledgeable about our options. Knew what we should order. The manager, Ray checked with the chef and got us exactly what we wanted. It was a really great experience.
Knowledgable server who immediately knew which menu items to avoid. Excellent service and food.
