Went here on a lunch break while in the area for a training for work. They have Udi’s gluten free crusts available. The owner is knowledgeable of gluten and the safety concerns. However, there is no dedication to a separate place to cook the gluten free crust. I am not a huge fan of Udi’s pizza crust, however, I bought the pizza fries with pepperoni, bacon and onions and it was good

The gf pizza crust they use is Udi's, so you know that it's properly prepared in the factory. While they don't have a dedicated kitchen space, they take every and all precautions to keep cross contamination to the very minimum. They have a celiac person on staff, and everyone is quite knowledgeable. I had no doubt that I would have no issues, and I was right. I am very sensitive, and show mild symptoms within about ten minutes of being glutened. No symptoms and a stomach full of pizza equals one happy celiac!

Great pizza here! The gf pizza crust is really good here... and gf pizza fries are delicious too! So nice to find a place that has lots of options.
