I called in advance to ask if they could accommodate a gluten allergy and they said yes, that their salads are gluten free and their pasta options would be prepared in their own pot. We had the prosciutto and Burrata to start, Cesar salad with no croutons, and the GF cacio e Pepe. I’m not sure where the gluten snuck in but I am assuming that’s what happened as I got very sick after dinner
